Restaurant Table Signs · Free planning resource
Restaurant Sign Arrival Estimator
Enter the day the signs must be in the restaurant and your allowances for receiving, transit, production and proof review. The Table Number Co estimator counts back over weekdays and gives the latest date for each step. It skips weekends only. Transit and production figures come from your written quote and the carrier service named in it.
Build your plan
Enter durations from a current written quote and carrier service. Weekends are skipped; holidays, customs delays and carrier cutoffs are not modeled. A zero allowance means you explicitly allow no time for that stage.
The decision behind a dining-room sign order
Count the layout you will actually operate, including terrace tables and movable stations. A table number, menu QR sign and reserved marker may share a style but serve different actions. If two messages occupy opposite faces of one piece, count the physical piece once and specify both artwork faces.
Keep with your brief: Table range, faces per sign, approved destination link and cleaning conditions.

Arrival − receiving allowance − transit − production − proof review, subtracting entered weekday counts
The dispatch date is an arithmetic checkpoint, not a booked collection. If the carrier, production team or receiving contact cannot support a stage, revise that allowance and calculate again. For an international order, agree who supplies import information and receives carrier questions before approving the dispatch plan.
When must signs ship for a Friday soft opening?
A new restaurant plans a soft opening on a Friday. Staff training starts the Monday before, and the owner wants the Restaurant Table Number Set on the tables for it. He enters the Thursday of the previous week as the arrival date. That leaves room to unpack, count the sequence and scan every code. From his Table Number Co quote he copies the production and transit figures, then adds an allowance for the chef and the designer to look at the proof. The estimator returns a ship date and a proof approval date. The second is sooner than he expected, so the menu page has to go live this week.
Check these details before using the result
- Using opening night as the arrival date
- Enter the day the room is first set for training. Signs that land on opening night cannot be counted or scanned calmly.
- Typing a transit guess
- Copy transit from the quote for your address. A city-center restaurant and a resort on an island are not the same trip.
- Forgetting the restaurant's closed days
- The tool skips Saturday and Sunday. If your venue is shut on Mondays, no one may be there to receive a box.

Restaurant Table Number Set
Choose the function of each sign before ordering a matching set. A table number must be visible to staff, while a menu QR code needs a guest-facing position and a working destination you control.

Custom Table Number Signs
Check the numbers at the distance staff will read them, especially easily confused pairs such as 6 and 9. Choose a stable display format and list the exact sequence, including any intentionally skipped table numbers.

QR Code Menu Sign
Use a web address you control so menu updates do not require new signs. Test the supplied code at its proposed printed size on several phones, and include a readable alternative address where the layout allows.

Reserved Table Sign
Decide whether staff need a reusable reserved sign or one personalized for a special event. A fixed engraved guest name suits a keepsake; a changeable area is more practical for everyday reservations.

Staff Nameplate & Badge
Confirm preferred display names and choose whether roles need to be replaceable. For wearable badges, specify the attachment and uniform use; a counter nameplate requires a different format from a badge worn during service.

Does the arrival estimator schedule a delivery to the restaurant?
No. It turns your numbers into dates and does nothing else. Nothing is booked with a carrier and no production time is set aside. Use the dates to judge whether your opening plan holds, then include them in the quote request so Table Number Co can confirm them in writing.
What if the ship date for our opening has already passed?
Shorten one stage and run it again. A single approver can cut the proof allowance. A rush request may change the production figure, and a different shipping service may change transit. If the plan still fails, ask about sending table numbers first and the less urgent pieces afterward.

All buying guidesChoose a Table Number Co host-stand sign by where guests first look and how the display will be supported. For worldwide orders, specify a countertop base, separate floor stand or wall mounting before choosing the face material. A sign face alone does not establish the footprint, height or hardware of the finished display.
Use the active table list for number signs and simultaneous use for reserved markers. Keep exact replacement numbers and two-sided objects clear in the count.

Build the order around what each sign asks a guest or staff member to do. Count table numbers, menu links, reservation markers and permanent identity signs separately. Approve the destination of every QR code and the language version used at each venue.
